Sunrise Chem-Dry

Yesterday in the may I received a 6 month reminder of the last service at my home. At first I wanted to ignore but after speaking with my wife I decided to give our experience. The gentleman from ChemDry arrived on time and proceeded to clean. Upon their departure we opened up our windows and ran the auto fan. Two days later the carpet was still wet. On the third day it was still moist to the touch and smelled. One month later our dog threw up and I used my Hoover carpet cleaner and much dirt came up in a small area. This told me the carpet was never cleaned effectively. I proceeded to clean more areas with same result. Why didn't I report earlier? Because after bragging to my wife that ChemDry was the way to go I was embarrassed.

Trust worthy, great carpet cleaners. I would not use anyone else. Give them a try, you will be happy😁
